Accidents and Creativity

How is it that new things come out of the ether?

Innovation is caused by what we call "mistakes" where we fail to propagate our expectations.

The other half of the process is being able to incorporate the mistake and that it development.

Thus penecillin was found through bad laboratory practice, but then incorporated into the labs thinking.

The same with the recent developments in organic conductors, and with music and it seems evoliution where devlopment awaits mistakes.
