Plato solves the problem of "type" and "token" by inventing new "tokens" which are perfect ideals for each type.
To give an example what makes two apples which are completely separate things into both being apples? Plato saw that there is "appleness" between them and this "between" he put into a new world called the Forms in which there was a new "apple" which contained the essence of "appleness."
So there is many SRH problems here. All the forms must have "formness" that qualifies them to belong to the realm of Forms. Also they are all "things" so are connected by being "things" as well: what is the Form for thinghood?
Anyway many people over the centuries have already discussed the problems with the realm of Forms. But I realise there is one very important Form that remains: "ME"
Not a form in the sense of each person has a self and there is a perfect self in the realm of Forms (which is highly SRH as does the Form of a human self itself have a self?)
But I mean the many moments in our life like being born, or getting married, or doing a skydive all these are clearly different selves as for example they all happen when we are different ages. We can't be the same person who has a 1st and a 20th birthday because that would mean that neither has birthday! But what we do is imagine that there is a super self who joins all these particular selves together so that it is the same person who has a 1st and a 20th birthday, even when at another level it is not.
Somewhere we believe there is a perfect Self of Me hidden somewhere. When we are ill, this self is not ill, it is this perfect self looking at our ill self going you are not perfect. Or when we feel we have failed our self it is from the perspective of our perfect self that we make this judgement.
But there is no perfect, normal self!!
