The Mirror

When someone is angry with us then we get angry with them.
Of course they then find an angry person, and they get even more angry, and so it snowballs.
In the face of anger, we can only be peaceful.

If someone steals from me, then I want to steal back.
Of course they then think they have had something stolen and they steal more.
In the face of theft, we must give.

If someone is dishonest with me, then I want to be dishonest with them.
The find people untrust worthy and they become more dishonest.
In the face of dishonesty we must be forgiving.

It seems that I am programmed to respond in exactly the wrong way to situations. I look at everything in a mirror, not seeing that the right way to respond is the opposite of what I think.

Ah, now I understand :)

'A few days after returning it was my birthday and one of the presents I got was a crystal. As I have already said I was deadly sceptical of all this stuff. The moment the girl put it in my hand I felt the energy in my heart drop out of the bottom of my chest. I knew this energy now from the experience on the walk. I checked it up and thought that maybe the smokey quartz was grounding me. Another friend, who is more familiar with this stuff, decided that the crystal was badly charged - maybe been in the company of someone not very positive. I realised that I was now a little sensitive to psychic energy. I played around with this for a few months and then decided that it was just a distraction and not the right path for me so have let it go.'

Alva, mate. Crystals. Uhu. Hmmmm.

Never mind. Certainly there is something awful about certain company. My Professor, for example, who is just sooooo fond of the 'who's the cleverest?' game. It is sooo dull. Then again, so are the Crystal freaks :P

Alva, get grounded, there. *Feet* on the ground, *crystals* in the bin.

So apart from whatever else, I guess replying to my email would ground your crystal. Hey ho.

"The Jewish Fallacy" OR "The Inauthenticity of the West"

I initially thought to start up a discussion to formalise what I was going to name the "Jewish Fallacy" and I'm sure there is ...
