Inability of people to face the fact that Capitalism creates unhealthy environments

This is not what the original study said. It said that there was a difference between the the tree-view and the brick-view group.

Assuming that well-being is normal, should they not conclude then that the bricks actually impaired recovery?

But that would mean doing the unthinkable and concluding that humans have made an unhealthy environment for themselves. Shock horror... but we know that; the planet is destroyed ;-)
