So who are these people having more than 2 children who need to increase the benefit cap?

So it seems many groups are producing more than 2 children on average in particular Bangladeshi and Pakistani but not the majority 77% British Whites. The "interracial group" is a meaningless figure as it records children from the other groups but where parents do not come from the same group. Inter-racial people do not produce inter-racial people!

So should the British Whites who make up 77% of the tax payers really change policy to benefit a few extreme groups.

And is the extreme child poverty that is being reported really down to the economics of these extreme groups rather than any broad issue?

Some groups are deliberately breeding fast to try and ethnically take over the country as well. This is illegal, as to promote ethnicity in the UK is to start a race war.

So many dimension to this.

More broadly this is the classic Malthusian trap. He argued that no matter how much you throw at the poor they will breed until it is all used up. Bacteria in a Petri dish logic.

What we have seen is that Capitalism and the cost of childrearing has actually led to falling fecundity. People have pensions now so don't need kids to look after them in old age, and to fund these pensions they are withdrawing from child care. Having so much work to do to support the Capitalist economy, and having so much to buy in a consumerist economics mean there is literally nothing left for children. So the wealthy have less children. But the poor who don't have these trapping, especially migrants who import their traditional expectation don't behave like those in Capitalists society and continue to have large numbers of children. With an NHS they all survive and so population explodes.

Now here is the rub: we might argue that parents who have more children than they can support go hungry.

But the other side of this is we should not punish defenceless children of the excess of their parents.

We could strip irresponsible parents who have too many children of their children and put those kids up for adoption in families who can afford them. But this removes accountability and encourages irresponsible parents to continue to have children.

Another approach is economic growth. Let populations grow, and grow the economy in tandem. This ih fact is the preferred approach of Capitalists because Capitalist economics is built upon economic growth to grow the wealth of the nations owners. Far beyond Demographics and the States' inability to pay for an aging population (all through bad planning by the Tories), the real reason for mass uncontrolled immigration to the UK is to grow the economy and make the fat-cats even fatter.

Economically then we are likely to see populations continue to grow and policy promote this.

But seriously the UK only has so much land. It is already one of the most depleted countries on Earth and while Capitalists may celebrate economic growth in reality this just creates poverty as land becomes more expensive and housing more unaffordable, schools filled, roads, trains, hospitals, water supplies, food supplies and everything becomes overloaded and dis-functional.

Returning to the top. The Two Child Benefit Cap is our version of the One-Child Policy in China. Rather than invest in our future by making as many people as possible, we want a balance so that those kids born into the UK actually have a happy future ahead. This may challenge the wishes of those few owners who wish to expand their already fast portfolios stratospherically, but Britons "never shall be slaves" and this country is not here as a stud farm to breed people nor a factory to create profit it is a place we call home and where we live and in a democracy that should be upheld by the leaders we mandate. That they serve the Capitalists says everything about freedom and the state of the nation.

So to answer the question absolutely there is a simple way to see it, and yes we need to keep the Two Child Benefit Cap. It sows the right seeds for our children and it stops extreme groups from exploiting the system for either misguided or fully illegal and subversive reasons.
