Notes on Ian Stewart

"From Here to Infinity" OUP

Ch1> Reformulation often needed to see a problem from a new perspective which gives the necessary insight. Once solved it can be converted back into more familiar perspectives. Example is algebra and geometry. All problems in one can be expressed in the other, but you need both view points.

Also a problem occurring in a new context gives insight.
