I've always felt that the best way to stop people being lazy is to end Capitalism!
Ending Capitalism will mean you cannot make money from investments and you actually have to join the dole queue.
Putting an end to dividends, rents, interest payments and stopping tax avoidance will force all the capitalists to actually work for their living, rather than expect us to do it.
